In Letting Others In we discussed what it feels like to have an open heart and on the flip side what it feels like to close it up.  It was insightful to look at why we withdraw, turn ourselves down and essentially keep people out.

This workshop goes to town on breaking down touch and the intention behind touch, as well as exposes the lies we have been fed by the world about affection.

In Building a Loving Relationship with Sexiness we looked the seeds that keep us from expressing or true sexiness and what it means to fully claim and embrace ourselves. This Lets Connect Workshop is a follow on from Rebecca’s previous Real Deal Presentation: Our Relationship with Sexiness & Our Body.
